After paying a deposit to another carrier who then stopped returning calls or emails for the next 6 days- it was great to work with Casi. She was at the complete opposite end if the customer service spectrum. She was aware that the delay from the previous company had placed me near my move date and that the situation was compounded by my difficult travel schedule and worked closely with me each day to verify my availability and work to close the gap in my schedule. The proof of her determination was the first carrier fell through and within hours she was able to locate another driver without losing a day in my schedule. I really appreciate her extra effort as it made all the difference in my move.
