Tara was extremely helpful and honest in the car moving process. I felt comfortable with her because she explained to me how the system works. The only complaint I have is that the driver agreed to pick my car up on a certain date and then the day before he was supposed to pick it up I found out that he was running 2 days late. This was a problem since we were moving. I wish I had found out sooner. Fortunately, Tara found me another driver who could pick up the car on the exact day that I wanted and everything went smoothly.
