Excellent experience from start to finish

From the first phone call to Casi, I was pleased with how thorough she was at answering my many questions, patiently and politely. She explained the billing process, confirmed the pickup and delivery methods, and assured me I could contact her anytime for status updates. The quoted shipping price was right on target, no hidden adjustments or overages added, and my VISA was run exactly when Casi told me it would be, for the amount she had quoted. The driver was scheduled promptly, even though one couldn't be found in the Dallas area for Monday pick-up, he was available for Tuesday morning pick-up, and more than made up for it by delivering the following Monday. Casi worked with me all along the way, ensuring she kept in touch with the driver and relaying where the car was, and when it would arrive at the destination.

Overall, I was very pleased with how simple the scheduling and payment for the shipment went. I got exactly what I asked for (enclosed shipping, door-to-door), no surprises with either billing or delivery, and excellent responsiveness from Casi to my numerous inquiries. She was accessible via both email and phone, and was always prompt, curteous, and attentive to detail. I would highly recommend Domestic Auto Transport to others, and would encourage anyone considering hiring DAT to call and chat with Casi for 5-10 minutes for an example of truly attentive and responsive customer services.
