received a quote from domestic for 400.00

174.00 was preauthorized on my credit card

was told it would be 1-7 days to pick up vehicle

received an email today 8 days after the order was placed saying i needed to pay another 300.00 to have my vehicle shipped

i have had 174.00 on hold on my credit card for 8 days

8 days wasted and now i have to contact another shipping company to start the shipping process all over again

i should have had my jeep by now or at least an email telling me it was in transit.

this is a typical bait and switch something no reputable company would engage in

if it was impossible to ship for 400.00 then the price never should have been quoted

Domestic Auto Transport offers price matching from other FIVE STAR companies. After 5 days if the vehicle has not been assigned to a carrier, we raise the price daily, gradually moving to the price we originally quoted. Evidently ONE customer, out of our 326 other customers who have posted OUTSTANDING reviews, did not comprehend our price match policy! This is always explained in full to our customer before we start the price matching process.
