I received excellent notification and service from the time I placed the order to when my car was delivered. The driver, Dmetri, was friendly and willing to wait when pick up person wasnt first available. He gave me his cell phone number if there was any problems. Casi was great. Its hard to get trucks into the NYC area and she was able to find someone to do it at a low rate.
