A very honest person gave me a great deal a new ASA late model stock car. The only problem was that it was in Florida and I am in Arizona. These cars are extremely low to the ground that make them hard to load without damaging the front air dam, have tiny clutches that make them impossible to drive on and off of a trailer, and have relatively delicate body panels made of fiberglass, carbon fiber, and ABS plastic, all covered in shiny paint. Saying these cars are difficult to transport is an understatement.
The company listened to what was involved, told me they would get back with me and let me know if they could help me within my required timeframe (I needed it within 10 days for a race in Arizona), and let me know what it would cost. In less than an hour I got a call back from Nicole indicating they had a couple of different options at different price points. Either would have worked, but I chose to have it shipped in a smaller, hot-shot trailer with just one other car because it would be quicker and have less stops and the price was only $2,219.00. They must have bought their gas back in the 80's or something.
Anyway, they were courteous, prompt, knowledgable, honest, and great to deal with. They followed up with the seller of the car and me to coordinate a convenient pick up date and time (which was a day earlier than expected) and loaded the car (and all of the spares) without incident. I received a call indicating all was well and they were on the road. I got a status update a day later leting me know they were ahead of schedule and a reminder that the load was COD. Then, the car showed up a day earlier than planned and was offloaded without incident.
Ahead of schedule, honest, inexpensive, no damage, friendly, knowledgeable. What more could you ask for?
Thank you.
