Our recent transport experience was overall a satisfying one. Amy did an excellent job! However, due to weather, high volume of vehicles being moved west, etc. the arrangement of shipment from the request date took about a month. It should also be noted that the cost increased from the original quote. Despite these two factors, the overall experience was positive. As I alluded to earlier Amy was great in her communication, always followed up, and was true to her word. In addition, the driver was VERY friendly, professional, and courteous. Five stars go out to both Amy and Robert (the driver). If I have to transport another vehicle, I know I will call domestic auto!
