My shipment was accurately represented and I did everything that was asked of me. I was told the truck was booked and everything ready for an 8:00 a.m. Saturday, Jan.17, pickup in Roanoke, VA. The seller drove the truck down to the local parking lot to meet the transport driver and waited for an hour before deciding it was a "no show." He had no choice but to go back home. I never heard anything from the dispatch or driver regarding this transport. I know that this was a driver that flaked on the pickup but Domestic Auto Transport should know their drivers better and not plan 8:00 a.m. Saturday pickups if their drivers don't intend to keep them.
They did find a driver a full week later, Jan.24, who did a good job of communicating and delivered the truck quickly once he picked it up. If it were not for the first driver and the full week delay, I would recommend this company. As it is now, I would not recommend them.
