I received a call saying my suv would arrive a day earlier. Unfortunately, because of the cold weather one of the hydraulic was frozen and couldn't get my suv down. So we met the next day and i took delivery with no problem. I wasn't really upset about meeting the second time because it was one of the misfortune you can blame the company or the driver for. The driver was very courteous and professional. I also received a wonderful price. All in all i was satisfied with the service and i would use again in a heartbeat.
