The initial contract was made by our son in Idaho. Amy called to tell us the driver would be calling between 1 and 3 hours. He called in an hour and told us exactly where he was and we set a meeting place (Walmart) close to us to make it easier to load. He met us exactly where and when he said and we had a very nice conversation with him. I am so sorry - I don't remember his name. I'm sure you can look that up. We were very impressed with the care he took with our car. It arrived in Idaho exactly when he said it would and my daughter-in-law said he was very nice too. We felt very comfortable leaving the car in his care (we'd never done this before and were a little leary) We would definitely use your company again.
