I had just been ripped off by a different company, they kept making promises about pick up dates and wouldn't return my calls. I found out my deposit was non refundable and I was furious. I was contacted by Domestic Auto, and they explained to me in more detail how the whole proceedure works. I agreed to give them a chance to restore my faith in auto transport, and somehow they did! They found a truck earlier than expected, they told me it could take a couple weeks, but my car was loaded within the first week. everything ran smoothly from start to finish. My calls were all answered or returned promptly. If I ever need to ship a car again, I well definately us them again. Thank you!
