One Small Situation

I was initially given a 3 day window for pickup (3rd to 5th). After the third day with no action or word I became a bit anxious because I was flying to San Diego on the 10th of July. I had a rental car from the 2nd to 9th for backup. I didn't know Kimberly was on vacation during that time but when she came back on the scene my situation started to get done. I thank her very much for a job WELL DONE even though it cost me a little more. If I use DAT again or refer someone it'll only be to or for Kimberly. Other than normal dust my car arrived on time in good condition.
