Staff at Domestic Auto Transport were honest, available to answer all my questions and explain the industry, friendly and patient. They were not pushy and took their time. The carrier was 1 day late but when he arrived he was a nice guy. He wasn't the driver, just the pick up man. He was thorough though. The driver was 5 days late and it cost me $689 in rental fees. He was unwilling to change the price. He claimed it on weather although the week was beautiful and no natural disasters occurred in the states. I was frustrated to say the least. However the transporters and domestic auto are different companies. I felt completely taken care of by Domestic and would definitely work with them again.
