My rep Jennifer was very nice and helpful. However, I was not satisfied with the amount of people I had to talk to once the car was on its way. Our car was transferred through 4 different companies/ people and I kept having random numbers calling me. I said no delivery before the 19th as we were flying from Rhode island to San Diego and on the morning of the 18th I got a call that the car was about to be delivered. When I told the man we said no delivery before the 19th he got very frustrated with me. There seemed to be a huge lack of communication. Our car then came a day late. I was not informed of a lot of these issues that occured.

Jennifer@Domesticautotransport.com Kaleigh@Domesticautotransport.com 360-853-2815 Sorry to hear that you had to deal with mulitple people. It is true that you have a representative, but we do all work as a team here to make sure someone is in communication with you, but I am sorry if you feel that was not appropriate. It looks like you spoke with Jennifer, Kaleigh and Jessica left you a message to make sure everything went of with the pick up. As for the delivery date, we did have that noted for no delivery before the 19th, dates are estimates, but the carrier did take your vehicle knowing that was important, so we do apologize for that inconvenience. It sounds like there were ahead of schedule and just trying to deliver early, so when they found out that they had to wait they did some other vehicle drops which them put them a day after our desired date, again the dates are estimates.
