Kristin Nerton was knowledgaable and professional. Estimate of pick-up and delivery were right on. Delivery overall was good. Domestic Auto Transport Inc. did good.

Separately, the actual transport company that transported the truck delivered on the day promised and the vehicle had no damage. However: Dispatcher didn't call when truck was en route, didn't forward my back-up contact info to the driver. Driver missed his own estimated arrival time by 3 hours.
