Coming into this I really didn't know the process for booking/payment/pickup. Jocelyn was very helpful in answering all of my questions, and walked me through the whole process from start to finish. In my situation, it was difficult to schedule a precise time for pickup, and Jocelyn talked me through different options to help make it work. Between her and Trevon, I felt like they cared about my business and did their best to keep me in the loop. I also was impressed that I was always able to quickly speak with an actual person whenever I called.

The car arrived on time and in good shape. The driver was courteous and professional. Overall, an excellent experience, I would definitely recommend to others.
