I needed my car shipped from NJ to Southern CA and called Domestic, since it was listed as one of the top 5 rated auto transport companies, and because their customer reviews seemed honest and consistent. Kimberly and Jocelyn were able to get me a carrier in less than 15 minutes, and they were able to answer any questions that I had. I never shipped my car before so I wanted to get as many details as possible. They were both very personable and easy to communicate with. My car was picked up by the carrier on a Sunday, and I got a call from the carrier that Thursday to say my car had arrived to CA already! I informed them I wasn't in CA yet and gave them my arrival date. They gave me a call the morning after I arrived to setup a delivery time, and my car was dropped off in the next couple hours. I would definitely use Domestic again; the process was so seamless.
*Note: I did have items packed in my trunk, and everything arrived to me just as I left it!
