The pickup time was revised 3 times and did not occur until @11PM. In addition, @9:30PM the driver asked that I meet him at a location @3 miles away from the scheduled location. In defense of the driver, there were thunderstorms and he did keep in communication. The car was delivered early. Regarding price, although the driver countered and there was @10% increase over my original quote, which I approved, it was still less than the best guaranteed quote received.

Naomi 360 853-2809 Beth, Thank you for the honest feedback. We like to hear all feedback rather it be negative or positive so we can keep striving to provide 5 star rated customer service. I would like to apologize for the late night pickup. We always ask that you call us if the carrier is trying to pickup so late. We generally say after 9pm is the cut off. Please keep in mind the quotes are simply that. They are suggested prices that we feel will get your vehicle to move. Carrier can counteroffer at anytime. Thanks again for the review.
