Jennifer was helpful, informative and truthful. She kept us upto date on finding a carrier and followed through once the car was picked up. Quote was a little lower than actual cost, but Jennifer explained that this could happen. There was a problem with the car and some hydraulic fluid from the carrier, but Jennifer provided the information necessary to remedy this.
