This was my first experience with transporting a car across country. I received mutiple quotes to move my vehicle both via enclosed and open transport method. I had heard some horror stories regarding the transporting of cars. I used Transport Reviews to select the top 4 companies. Domestic was one one of the top 4. I received a competitive quote from them and decided to select Domestic after I was contacted by Kim. We had a different move as the vehicle was at a dealership and was ready for pick-up at Thanksgiving time making the avaiability difficult. Domestic selected PLZ Express to transport the G37x from Louisvile, KY. The vehicle was picked up on Friday morning and I receive a call @ 5:00pm Sunday from Serge asking if I could take the vehicle that evening as he was +/- 90 miles away. Before the vehicle was picked-up Kim was constanly keeping me informed as to it's status and Nikki told me that it was picked up the day after Thanksgiving. Serge arrived as promised, 1-1/2 hour later, and agreed to accept a personal check as we did not expect the vehicle until Tuesday and had not got the certified check from the bank. Serge & Pete (co-driver) unloaded the vehicle drove it up to the garage and walked us around the vehicle with the inspection document and the vehicle was in PERFECT condition. I highly recommend Kim & Domestic and Serge & PLZ Express for your transportation needs.
