Transport was approx. late by one hour for pickup in WA. on 2/12/13(9:00PM) due to traffic problems. Ever thing else was great. Transporter called about an hour before the delivery time he had set Thursday evening. On Friday morning 2/15/13(8:20AM) he called and said he was about 15 min., away from delivering my Duster, approx. 15 min. later he was knocking on my door and the Duster was in my driveway. Driver was courteous and very informative. Duster was in same condition as when picked-up. Would use this company again and recommend to anyone needing a vehicle shipped.
