This is my second time using Domestic Auto Transport. I saved the number from my first time and just called and asked for Novia again when we had to ship a second car. She is friendly and honest and took care of us. She will also check in and see if the car was picked up/delivered alright.
The only problems we have had doing this is taking a chance on the dispatcher who picks up and delivers the car. This time around the trunk was flooded a little, I am not sure how it happened and we did spend a few days dealing with that. He was late and would not meet me where I wanted to meet but again, it is the chance you have to take.
We picked the right company to get our car shipped, just remember their job is to schedule a pick up, the dispatcher is who handles your car. Even though we were frustarted with the water damage we took care of it and will still call Novia again! Shipping a car, especially from CA to OH, is not a small thing.

Call and ask for Novia and she will take care of you!
