Nikki was great to work with, informative and patient with my needs. She also worked hard to find the best deal for my transport needs. Although the transport was late picking up the truck in Tennessee and late delivering it to California, the driver was pleasant and respectful of my vehicle upon delivery. The communication with the transport driver was also limited and called 1/2 hour prior to the delivery of the vehicle a day after the truck was due to be delivered. I know in business there are often delays with schedules and delivery times and although we had some issues, I would certainly use Domestic Auto Transport again because of the great customer service they provided us.
