I found that Kimberly at Domestic Auto Transport was full of information and prompt communication throughout my service. She took the time to relay detailed information to me about the procedure of transporting my small pickup truck (before I signed on with DAT- at the time of my quote), went over options, and honestly tried to inform me about my choices and car moving details in total. I truly appreciated this as it was my first time shipping a car (I was a bit leery of the whole process). But Kimberly explained the numerous factors involved so that I had a better understanding of timing, cost, and expectations/dates. The driver that carried my car was also courteous, patient, and communicative. My car was being delivered to my elderly mother, and she also noted that the driver was extremely helpful with her as well. I only note that they were a few hours late in the delivery time, but delivered the car on the date stated in the invoice. However, the driver communicated to my mother that the delivery would be a few hours late- so that was good. There are a lot of factors at hand in shipping a car and Domestic Auto Transport via Kimberly considered them all and let me know what to expect each step of the way. I was deeply appreciative of the honest and attentive service and would definitely ship with them again if I had a need. I also found that their quote to me was fair and in the middle range of all the quotes that I received when I asked for bids from companies. Excellent experience.
