This is the first time I have moved the care.

It took them 8 days. Service was good and the driver was good, except that my car was loaded as the first car, it was dirty full of bugs etc.

Con: When called for status, they were not able to gather accurate information from the carrier. Also amongst 2-3 times, only once there was a return call on the status, it is always better to hold the phone and wait for the status.

Other than that, the staff was very courteous and helpful where ever they could be.
