After being VERY skeptical with all the reviews about this industry I finallyl decided to go with Domestic Auto Transport because of their good reviews. I also decided to stay on top of them so I don't have any hidden charges or my car being dropped off in nowhere land or worse, held hostage. I communicated with Kim via text for everything, which was a GOD send cause I have a 2 week old baby and talking on the phone wasn't working out so well. I received a lower quote from a different company and Kim matched my quote. When I finally decided to just go ahead and roll the dice my car was picked up the SAME DAY!!! Originally it was supposed to be picked up August 1 and delivered 10 days later. It was picked up July 26 and delivered the 31st! Kim responded to my texts within seconds of sending and knew exactly what she was talking about. I have another car that needs shipped and will use Domestic Auto Transport and I will not have any fears about doing it. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs an auto transported !! Awesome job Kim!!! And the driver Dimitri was VERY quick and efficient unloading my car and getting it to me so fast! That poor man hauled butt getting my car here and did what we thought was the impossible by doing it so fast!! Hats off to you KIM and DIMITRI!!! Well done and you deserve all 5 stars that I am giving you!!!
