After explaining to Kim the importance of picking up my car on a specific date (as opposed to a 2- day window), she made it happen on the very day I asked for.
Missed the estimated delivery date, but that is totally understandable - things happen. The important thing is that between Kim and the driver, they kept me posted on progress and that certainly alleviated any worries. It is not everyday that you hand off the keys to your car to a total stranger, and when the delivery date is missed, constant communication with your car carrier agent and driver avoids unnecessary anxiety and Domestic Auto Transport most definitely made this a stress-free experience for me.

The driver even wiped the road-dust off the windshield and windows before handing the car over back to me! I would definitely use them again should the need come up again in the future.
