Mike,
I am sorry that you feel my customer service was unacceptable. We simply ask for the reason of cancellation so we can inform dispatch. We never took a dime from you as we don't collect anything until the vehicle is loaded. That in itself shows that we care about our customers as we don't want to be out any money until your vehicle is loaded. That is our incentive to get your vehicle picked up because we don't get paid until your vehicle is secured on the carrier. Again I'm sorry that you feel that we did not produce a carrier for you.
