All went well and Naomi was great. She responded to inquiries quickly and resolved any issues. The only difficulty was that the car arrived so quickly I couldn't believe it was really going to be in Illinois a little more than 24 hours after pick-up in New Mexico! The driver had very little English, so when he first called me I wasn't sure I understood him, but Naomi clarified things. The driver told me that the car would arrive 4:30 or 5. It was actually 7:30 which was a minor annoyance since I left work early when it wouldn't have been necessary. This is my second use of Domestic Auto Transport.
