Kimberly did the proper job of customer service. In my opinion great customer service is not about promising "no problems", which is unrealistic. Rather it's promising if and when there are problems we promise to resolve them in a timely manner. And this is what Kimberly did for me as some problems did arise on this particular transaction. Thanks for doing the right thing...(-:/
