From the beginning I was made promises that neither the delivery firm (broker) nor the driver could keep. The broker could not get the job done for the original quote, at least not within several weeks. When when the bid went up, the delivery job was taken. I do not have a problem with this other than it appeared to be a bait and switch..."well if you want within the next month it will cost more..." Be straight up and give the person a reasonable idea of what it will cost to move the vehicle in a reasonable time instead of low-balling people to get them tied up with your service!!

The delivery person was shady. Its just that simple. When picking the vehicle up, he asked the seller what I paid for the vehicle which both the seller and I thought was odd. When I was on the phone with the driver while the vehicle was in transit, he made a comment to me that if he had not already purchased several vehicles on this trip, he would have bought this one. What was that supposed to mean?? I figure if I would have purchased the vehicle low enough he would have made the seller a better offer. The seller agreed with me on that hunch. The driver was a used car salesman so go figure. Also, he missed at least three different scheduled dieliveries, but that was consistant because he missed his planned pick-up time as well. In fact, my vehicle was picked up late at night and on the envoice he wrote condition could not be verified due poor lighting or something like that. In my opinion, this was just an easy way out if there was any damage to the vehicle during transit. As for the delivery, I gave up after the third time he told me he would be here and was a no-show. Also, my seller made the grave mistake of leaving his valid tags on the vehicle. The driver said he broke down on the hiighway (the 1st excuse of many to come) and I am pretty sure he drove my vehicle around during the 8 days it took to deliver it. I say this because HE TOLD ME there was a vibration in the drivetrain. He could not have known this if he had not driven the vehicle at significant speeds. BACKING THE VEHICLE ON AND OFF HIS TRUCK WOULD NOT HAVE PRESENTIED THIS VIBRATION...plus I could tell by his expression that he let the cat out of the bag when he mentioned it.

In all I would never recommend this service. Take my advice and pay the extra for a reputable delivery person who is professional and delivers as promised. Your broker should filter drivers or at least have some criteria or standards for them. Have your seller write the mileage on the envoice even if on the side somewhere. This will keep shady drivers more honest. Request a pickup and delivery during daylight hours. FYI, this was my seller's third experience with auto delivery services and in his words the worst. His other buyers had none of the issues mentioned above, but they paid more for thier service...you get what you pay for I guess. Good luck!

naomi@domesticautotransport.com kimberly@domesticautotransport.com 360-834-6013 First of all we would like to apologize that you feel our service was not what you expected. However, you placed your order on the 3rd of February with a ready date of the 10th of Feb. Your vehicle was picked up on the 8th. So I'm not sure where the several weeks came from. That is well within our terms and conditions which state 1-10 business days to find a carrier. As for the additional charges, you agreed to pay the extra. You ALWAYS have the option to decline that carrier and continue looking at the original quoted price. You chose to take this carrier. As for the driver, we do apologize that he tried to get information out of the seller, that is not appropriate. Your vehicle was picked up and delivered in 4 days, not the 8 that you state. We did everything we are suppose to do as stated in our terms and conditions. We found a carrier with in the time frame to move your vehicle, and had it delivered to you 4 days later. We wish you luck.
