I had initial concerns about using a transport company after my father-in-law had a car shipped from Chicago to California and a tollway violation arrived in his mail from the car while it was being driven to the car carrier.
My experience was so much better than my initial expectations. The transport company arrived as scheduled, they actually were very accommodating for me as I needed my car a few extra days than originally planned. they picked up my car on a mini carrier from my neighborhood, rather than driving it to the carrier. Also, they took pictures of the car to make sure that it was in the same condition when it was dropped-off and went over with me all the body defects prior to loading it on the mini-carrier- which was very professional.

I was contacted a day before my car was to arrive at it's destination and given a two hour window when it would arrive and it arrived exactly as indicated , with a call about 15 minutes before arrival. Driver was very friendly and polite and made sure I was satisfied with the condition of the car. Transfer of the vehicle was straight forward and hassle free overall.

I would definitely recommend this service, especially with Nationwide Transit as the carrier.
