Overall they did well. Naomi was very nice and personable. Bill was also very professional. After we accepted a $100 dollar increase in the bid price, the car was picked up quickly and delivered in a prompt manner.

I would have appreciated updates on the progress of the car across country and did not receive a call from the carrier advising drop off time until shortly before the delivery. Since they insist on cash payment, I had to run out of the office quickly to get the cash from the bank. Luckily I was in the office when the call came in and not out at a meeting. That said, no harm done, the car was delivered in good time and all worked out well.

They have offered me a discount on future transportation services. Although, if I understand the system correctly, they are brokers that post the car on a central site and it is the carriers that primarily drive the cost of the move. But I appreciate knowing it is availalble.
