Overall, I felt that customer service and price was very good. I ended up having to use their services because my sister passed away from cancer and my nephew gave her vehicle to my 17 year old daughter - I could not pick it up myself so I decided to have someone take care of it for me.

I would use this company again AND recommend them in a heart beat. However, the carrier they chose ended up having multiple issues (ie ran out of gas 30 minutes away from my home so I had to take part of the COB to them to use at 9:00 pm at night; it took too long to go from Maryland to VA)......this company was apprently either new or inexperienced and the fact that they were counting on money from the previous drop off prior to mine to fill up and did not get and were not supplied with a credit card from their company to cover those expenses, simply baffled me.

However, I just cannot say enough good things about Naomi. She was always so professional, knowledgeable and understanding and always made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. What happened with the carrier was completely out of their control since they are after all independent and they've since put them on a "Do Not Use" status for 90 days after which they will evaluate how to proceed.
