I used them successfully before when Malia worked there. She moved on. I should have known there was going to be a problem when we had bad connection at one point and the person at Domestic told me she was going to call me right back and did not. We scheduled a pick up, admittedly on 1/1. Again the contact person said she would get back to me shortly before pick up and did not. I called and left voice messages and sent an email, no answer. I called the driver. The number was no longer in service. Turned out they gave me the wrong number. On 1/2, after the car was not picked up as scheduled, I called them (they did not call me which would have been appropriate given all of my messages). They said they called and left a message with the driver, but also could not reach him. At that point I gave up and scheduled with a different broker. Domestic customer service was poor, but I was also uncomfortable shipping with a driver who neither shows up when scheduled nor calls to let me know he was going to be late. I called Cascade Vehicle Shipping and who answered the phone? Malia. Small world. I knew she was reliable to work with and so feel comfortable things will go well now.

Walter, I am sorry you fell this way. The carrier had a delay and unfortunatly there is nothing we can do about that. There are things in theis industry that we have no control over. I am sorry that we were not in the office on the holiday to answer the phone for you and exsplain that there can be delays out of our control.
