Car was transported in 4 days from NJ to IL. There was no damage to car. So I would rate them good for the actual transport itself.

DTA can improve on their communication.

1. After order was placed, there was no communication on who the carrier was.
2. On the day of pickup, carrier did not turn up and there was no communication from DTA.
3. I wrote an email listing the issues and there was no response to it.

Every time I had to call them to get an update.

It would have been great if they had kept me updated proactively. Other then communication, I would recommend them based on the quality of the actual move.

Thiru, Thank you for the review. I would like to however state that the communication with our company being "Domestic" was great. We spoke with you everyday. I am going to apologize that the carrier did not call you to tell you that they would be a day late. I am sure you understand while carriers are driving to and from differnt states there are many things that can hold them up. But on the other hand I do agree that a simple phone call would have solved the problem. Thanks again and I wish you the best.
