This was my first time shipping a vehicle and the people at Domestic Auto Transport were very helpful and clear in explaining the process. My car was picked up on a Tuesday and should have been delivered Friday. However, the driver did not show up or call all day Friday and Saturday. Don stayed on the issue trying to reach the driver and called me with updates over the weekend as to when my car would get here. I want to stress that the late delivery and poor communications lie on the driver's side and were not DAT's fault. I'm overall satisfied with their service.
