The order was originally dispatched to Enoch Auto Hauling. On the day of pickup (6th), we had not heard from the hauler. Our supervisor at the pickup location contacted the hauler to find out that his truck was in the shop. The supervisor's impression was that it was not going to be fixed soon. I contacted Naomi and relayed the info to her and asked whether they should dispatch to another carrier. She said the fix was minor and that he would pick up the next day. The next day arrived and again no call from anyone as to the ETA of pickup. Finally late in the afternoon Naomi e-mailed me that that indeed the hauler would not be able to pickup the vehicles until the 10th. I asked her if she could find another dispatch. Naomi e-mailed me on the 10th that there was a new dispatch that would pick up on the 12th. The 12th arrived and no call. Again I e-mailed Naomi for ETA on pick up. Never did hear from her again. I called Domestic and was put on hold for 10 minutes waiting for Naomi. She never did answer but someone else informed me that the trucks were scheduled to be picked up on the 13th. 13th arrived and no call, no show. I again called Domestic and again could not speak with Naomi. Someone else informed me that the vehicles would be picked up on the 14th. A and T Transportation did indeed finally pick up the trucks on the 14th and delivered them to our Ohio Office on the 15th safe and sound. We have about 15 more trucks to haul to Ohio so if someone knows of a better transport company let me know!

For GREAT customer service and a FREE quote please contact Naomi @ 360 834-6013 or email me at naomi@domesticautotrasnport.com Nancy, First I would like to apologize for the inconvience with the first carrier that was assigned to transport the trucks for you. We spoke on the 6th of september and I called the carrier to confirm the truck was in the shop.Enoch Auto Hauling's dispatch office informed me that they have ordered the part they needed and the truck would be on the way in the morning. At this time I sent you a email on the 6th @ 12:31 stating this information and asking for your exstension number so I could contact you by phone. On 9/7/2011 at 10:12 am My dispatch office advised me that the carrier had email them stating the part had not arrived and they would not be able to pick up the vehicle untill the 10th. At this time I email you at 3:13 stating this and also stating that I would put the trucks back on available and continue to see if we could get them picked up before that. And again asking for an exstension number to your work number. We securied the truck to a carrier on the 9th of September and again I emailed you with the new dispatch information at 12:15pm stating the carrier will be picking up the vehicles on 12th. And yet again asking for the exstension number to your office. On 9/12 you called in the office and spoke with Jessica, at that time YES she put you on hold while she called the carrier regarding the pick up. While she was on the phone with the carrier he did state that he was runnging behind and would have to pick the vehicle on the 14th. She hung up with the carrier and made you aware of this information. The vehicle were then picked up on the 14th and delivered the 15th in great condition. I understand the frustration regarding the delay on the pick up, but to say that we were not incontact is incorrect and I have the emails to show the contact between us as well as the time stamps as to when you called in the office. Also I would like to state that NEVER has a customer been on hold for 10 minutes. That would be unexceptable. I hope customers will read previous review and take those into consideration. Thanks again, Nancy and have a great Day!
