AT my receiving end in Hilo, HI, they were not to knowledgeable. My daughter wnet to p/u my care and was told she was not on their paper work. she left and called me. I had to call Matson, they had to call Hilo, HI. My daughter's name was on the second page which the guy did not see.
That was an inconvenience for my daughter. Other than that, I was very satisfied the way things went thru. I would definitely refer you to people.
