Like most other reviewers, it was my first time shipping a car. Jessica was very helpful and informative. She gave me a lot of information and answered all my questions. She called me, left messages on my machine, and even texted me on my cell while the car was being delivered. Delivery took very fast too, from NJ to CA in less than 5 days. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
