question about 30 dollar rebate?

your service wasexcellent, yet there never was mentioned that i wouldnt recieve my my30 due back to me if i dont complete this survey.
I believe this shouldnt be a method of coersion.
Just continue to deliver cars and refund monies promised at time of payment.
Not happy to see that if i dont file rebate i will not receive my thirty dollars due me.
