Good service. Had some issue with the amount charged. Didn't send me the confirmation email on the day of purchase. Have to call them the next day to get the quote and then realized that i was charged more. They gave me a quote of $604 but charged $644. Later on have to call them and talk to them to get the amount adjusted. There wasn't any damage caused to my car. Pickup time was prompt but delivery time was little late. Overall service was good.

For great customer service please call Naomi at 360 834-6013 or email me at naomi@domesticautotransport.com Rita, Thank you for the review, but i would like to say that the original amount that we quoted you was the $644.00 and then you qualified for a $30.00 rebate, which brougt you total after all said and done to $614.00 The next day you called and asked if we could price match another company. Which I gladly did for you. I am sorry that the vehicle being delivered was a little late. As i exsplained the delivery date they give us is simply a estimated delivery date. There are too many things along the way that can hold a driver up along hes route like weather and traffic and the pick up and delivery of other customers along hes route.
