Heather from DAT was very informative and helpful about the auto shipping process and DAT's role in making sure my car got to its destination safely. I was contacted by a number of companies who wanted to rush me into a decision after giving me a quote, but Heather took the time to explain the pricing and scheduling process. Because we were leaving the area before the car was to be picked up, Heather made sure to coordinate with a friend of ours to arrange pickup, and was great about letting us know the location/status of the vehicle whenever asked. Pickup was a day earlier than expected, and everything went smoothly. DAT and Heather were great from start to finish and I would definitely use them again after such a wonderful first experience.
