They got the job done.

Domestic Auto Transport did an acceptable job getting my two cars picked up. They were very friendly, helpful, and prompt on the phone and with emails. Although I may use the company again in the future, I do have one primary complaint. When I first asked them about their quote and pricing, I was told their broker fee was ~$300 for the two cars and that they would list my cars on the dispatch board at ~$1670. When my cars had not been picked up after a week, I called and learned that they had listed my cars for only $1600. In the end I chose to increase my bid by $100 to increase the chance my cars would be picked up by a desired time. They were picked up within the hour. I am not really disappointed that I had to add more money, as I was prepared to do this. But I was disappointed that the company was not honest about their broker fee and listing price and that when it was apparent that the bid was low they did not add in more of that $70 they were holding back.
