The customer service woman was most helpful. She quickly responded to emails and responded not so quickly by phone. We had to add $100 to get our car picked up faster but that was fine. It took slightly longer to get here than expected because we were under the assumption that it would take 14 days at most. This was our first time using a shipping company and we will be using them again.
