It all worked out in the end

I was very anxious about shipping my two vehicles across country after reading all the reviews. We had a narrow time window for pickup. After speaking multiple times with Darlene, I was assured that my cars would be taken care of. But then it was four days until pickup and I had not heard from her. I found out she no longer was working with Domestic Auto Transport, which explained why she had not contacted me. But I expected someone would have picked up her orders. We ended up calling several times, and finally had Lori take care of us in the end. She was excellent and we had everything booked and taken care of in one day. It all worked out in the end, but it was nerve-wracking to not have things settled until 3 days before pickup. Unfortunately, I think that is the way things are handled for car shipments.
