I had many questions /concerns such as what can be placed in the car, expected travel time, pickup and drop off locations. They are experts at what they do and they even gave me information I hadn't thought of. They excel in personal service - - you know the customer is very important to them. We were even provided the truck driver's name and phone number so we could contact him anytime- -and we did, once. He was very serviceable. No doubt, I am 100 percent satisfied I selected the right company. I give them a 10.
