I had an excellent experience with Domestic Auto Transport. I called with less than 10 days notice to ship my car from the West coast to East coast. The customer service sales rep I spoke with, Bill R. (360)-834-6013 was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease using his company. He sent me a quote immediately as well as order confirmation. I had obtained pricing from other car shipping companies and felt that Domestic Auto's pricing was fair. The person that came to pick up my car in LA called with enough notice and was very pleasant. I was worried that because I lived in a city it would be a difficult pick-up but it couldn't have been any easier. The drop-off was 2 days early, which was a pleasant surprise. The car was delivered in the same condition that it was picked up. The driver alerted me of his location throughout the day and communicated an appropriate time frame for delivery. Bill also called me post-delivery and was again, very cordial and helpful in regards to the service that was provided. During the stressful time of moving, Domestic Auto made this a painless experience. I would absolutely recommend this compnay to anyone else that was moving and needed a car shipping company.
