I have to say that our experience with this carrier was so different than the most recent reviews I have read. I might have been scared off if I had seen these before eBid Transport had told us who the carrier was. As it was, Do It Auto Transport had a terminal in Chesapeake VA where we dropped off the vehicle which was a 2004 Grand Cherokee. They were helpful and accommodating on the phone. The car was delivered within the time frame expected in San Diego - instead of Friday, they delivered on Monday. There was no damage and there were some personal items in the car which also arrived safely.

It's too bad that even with good reviews, it's still a shot in the dark - you may have a good experience or it could be the nightmare from hell. For us, this time, it worked out fine. Thank you.
