Intially, my quote was from IL to Denton, Texas. He sent me the payment email for me to deposit but I wanted it to change the destination to Waco, Texas before I paid my deposit.

This is word for word from my texts with him after he asked me to pay the deposit:

"Thanks, Im thinking of staying in a hotel near Waco, tx and get my car there. Could you give me some more time to give you the address for the arrival?"

Jason said "That will be no problem at all. We do need to have the reservation amount paid in order to secure the spot on the truck. We can fill out the delivery location afterwards"

"Okay sounds good!"

"Perfect"

...
"Okay sounds great. I'll go ahead and make the deposit. I'm still choosing a place"

Jason said " Okay no problem. as far as the drop off location, it really is OK to fill that in later on today as long as we have that deposit before the driver heads out to you

"Sounds good. I just paid the deposit"

Jason said "Perfect! I sent the drivers information to you. It will be called Vehicle Dispatch.... That will "finalize" the agreement and also lets us know you have all of the information" (quotation on "finalize" added for emphasis).

"Okay I confirmed it. Here is the arrival destination. 1110 south 9th street, Waco, 76706.

Jason said "okay perfect I'll add it to the order."

The day before the arrival date (8-7-17), the asked for the address again. I gave him the Waco, tx address. on the day of my arrival date (8-7-17) driver calls and requests $150 extra because he got the dispatch for Denton, tx so I am making him do extra work. I called Jason from Dixon Worldwide and told him the situation. He first seemed puzzled and said he would call the drier himself. About 10 minutes later, he said you are making him do the extra work so the cost is fair. He apologized for not putting the address in the system. I specifically asked him that will you not take no responsibility for the increased price and he said he will not and apologized again for simply not putting the new address in the system.

They claimed that on line 16 it states "Price is subject to change depending on WEATHER, AVAILABILITY OF CARRIER, TERRAIN, or FUEL increases. Price quoted by Broker is simply an estimate NOT guaranteed. However, once vehicle has been dispatched to a Carrier, the price will NOT change. Broker will advise Owner of any price increase prior to the vehicle being dispatched to a Carrier."

my vehicle was dispatched with $450 to the driver but they required an additional $150 afterwards.

They said in their own words that "Broker will advise owner of any price increase." They did not. They said " once vehicle has been dispatched to a Carrier, the price will NOT change." It changed.

In the text, he said "it really is OK to fill that (new address) later on today as long as we have that deposit." It was not because he added more charge on the day of shipping.

I cannot help but to think they waited off on the day of the arrival of my car so I cannot get a refund but have no choice but to pay the additional cost for the shipping.

So the manager contacted me only when I gave them the pre-written reviews and asked them is this fair to post on all review websites. He said he would look into the case and get back to me by the end of the day. I waited for the whole day and there was no call. The next day, I left a message and called him three times but he did not pick up. That night, I left a message telling him that I would post the reviews if you do not get back to me by tomorrow morning. He didn't. The level of irresponsibility is unacceptable.
